Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the HSE manager at the project/work site and apply nursing principles to conserve workers’ health and maintain a safe, healthful occupational environment.
  • •Focus on promotion, protection, and restoration of workers’ health; help reduce absenteeism, medical disabilities, and contain medical costs.
  • •Assist in treatment for injuries/illnesses and determine/arrange proper employee disposition (hospital, physician, home, or return to work).
  • •Perform medical surveillance activities as per MOM requirements and assist in identifying real and potential health problems and workplace hazards.
  • •Support mitigation through solutions and training; participate in incident reporting/investigating, and handle general administrative duties including calibration/maintenance of equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Master’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
  • •Certified nursing qualification or Singapore Nursing Board Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate.
  • •Experience performing medical surveillance activities per MOM requirements.
  • •Experience with workplace health case management program such as soft tissue management.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and ability to maintain records and review test results.
