Job Summary

Lead verification and validation for the ATM solution in an international, multidisciplinary team. Plan V&V activities and refine backlogs, estimate effort, and report on test execution against plan and budget. Run technical workshops, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure test procedures, scenarios, and artifacts are accurate in test and defect management systems. Perform and oversee AV&V during customer acceptance and support defect correction with regression testing and documentation best-practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead V&V planning and backlog refinement, including effort estimation for modification proposals.
•Report regularly on test artifact development and testing progress versus agreed plan and budget.
•Lead technical workshops (Test Procedure and Test Readiness Review) with internal teams, suppliers, and the customer.
•Lead verification and validation execution at relevant locations and during formal customer acceptance (AV&V).
•Ensure test results and defects are accurately captured in the project Test Management System and Defect Management System, including regression testing and producing test procedure books and reports.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
•7+ years test engineering/test analyst experience for large, complex real-time software-based systems.
•Experience in Air Traffic Management V&V scenario design and execution.
•Experience with ATM areas including airspace, coordination, ATM HMI, interpartition, and adaptation/configuration.
•Experience conducting objective reviews of verification and validation artifacts and performing system requirements analysis.
