Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform plant identification, classification, and grading using the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services nursery standards.
  • •Conduct daily field inspections, monitor conformance to quality/specifications/code requirements, and maintain inspection records.
  • •Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic documentation and recommendations for corrective actions; track QA progress.
  • •Conduct soil analysis and recommend soil amendments to support optimal plant growth.
  • •Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors, participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning, and assist with documentation for area and equipment turnovers.

Key Requirements

  • •FDOT Intermediate MOT.
  • •Ability to read and interpret contract documents.
