Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate collaboration between various departments to embed operational requirements seamlessly into each project’s lifecycle.
  • •Conduct operational readiness assessments to identify readiness levels and potential risks, providing actionable solutions before project implementation.
  • •Design and implement comprehensive training programs that prepare employees for their roles in newly launched projects.
  • •Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators, delivering regular reports and insights to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • •A minimum of 8 years of experience in operational management or readiness, preferably in the entertainment or large-scale project sectors, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • •Strong track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
  • •Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • •Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
