Job Summary

Support co-extrusion of product and maintain sanitation in the QX, Tower, and RapidPak areas. Operate under minimal supervision to ensure required materials are available and used to specification, verify incoming product and whistle tickets, and complete daily paperwork checks. Set equipment to required specs, monitor sanitary conditions throughout the shift, assist with wash downs, and follow all safety, food safety (SQF), GMPs, and USDA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the co-extrusion of product and sanitation of QX, Tower, and RapidPak areas.
•Ensure required materials are available and used per specification at the beginning of shift.
•Monitor product movement, including taking temperature readings and verifying whistle tickets match items and counts.
•Verify required paperwork/checks are signed and turned in daily, and ensure areas are cleared for changeover.
•Set QX/Tower/RapidPak to spec, monitor sanitary conditions throughout the shift, and assist with sanitation and wash downs as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Intermediate math and computer skills.
•Ability to comprehend and communicate in English.
•Ability to read and understand specifications and how they relate to the job.
•Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate with sound work ethic and honesty.
