Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of experienced finance experts and deliver advanced financial analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives.
  • •Perform deep financial analysis on business performance and resolve day-to-day finance operational issues.
  • •Prepare leadership communications, reporting, and financial analysis on projected initiative outcomes.
  • •Monitor internal control frameworks, ensure adequate performance of controls, and align policies and procedures with best practices and regulatory expectations.
  • •Assess finance business processes with local Controllers, liaise with external agencies, and coordinate on-time execution of changes to external agency requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and supervise smaller teams of finance experts.
  • •Provide advanced financial analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives.

  • •Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • •Background in insurance finance and related financial regulatory environments; actuarial experience in life insurance is a plus.
