Maintenance Superintendent (Elko, BC, CA)

Lead the Maintenance Department at a sawmill, ensuring top workplace safety and driving performance excellence. As part of the Plant Management Team, you’ll oversee preventative maintenance programs, coordinate with Production to maximize equipment availability, and manage planning, budgeting, and cost control. You’ll ensure compliance with environmental permits and corporate policies, develop supervisory personnel, and work with senior leadership to plan equipment and technological changes using the Canfor Operating System (COS).
