Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership for the Maintenance Department while ensuring excellent safety performance.
  • •Direct and train maintenance personnel, and support strong working relationships across the site.
  • •Assist in developing and achieving targets across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement.
  • •Ensure COS is followed, with emphasis on abnormality response, and liaise with Production to maintain equipment availability.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance programs, including budget and cost control and compliance with environmental permits and corporate policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 102,550 - 146,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability in safety management, leadership, and development skills.
  • •Extensive experience in an industrial maintenance environment, including supervisory experience.
  • •Extensive experience with CMMS and developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
  • •Solid knowledge of performance management and continuous improvement processes.
  • •Red Seal trade qualification or equivalent combination of experience and education.
