Manage Hoka DTC store operations across multiple China locations, driving sales and financial targets while improving productivity in cash/assets management, labor efficiency, and inventory management. Apply retail best practices to streamline operations, maintain and communicate policies and procedures, and optimize supply programs. Oversee weekly/monthly reporting, staff training (including e-learning), retail systems rollout with IT partners, and support new store openings and construction timelines to ensure brand-consistent customer experience.
