Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Hoka DTC store operations for multiple stores in China, driving sales and financial targets while building trust and partnerships and supporting the DTC head.
  • •Coach, train, and develop store management on operational functions and deliver operational excellence.
  • •Establish and maintain policy and procedure practices, keeping current P&P versions available, communicating updates via ops communication letters, and improving cash/assets management to reduce risk.
  • •Manage store supply and inventory programs, including leveraging global RFID for inventory management and tracking shrinkage and leftover inventory.
  • •Coordinate training, store systems with local IT teams (requirements, testing, rollout), and new store openings by managing construction timelines from lease acquisition to opening.
