Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop limited-scope project charters, current-state designs, define key inputs/outputs, and support data dictionary development for process improvements and reporting.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with Professional Services staff to improve and support business initiatives.
  • •Partner with project managers, technical advisors, experts, analysts, and business users to understand business requirements and information needs and deliver information products.
  • •Design, develop, and deliver process, reporting, and system enhancements with experienced colleagues.
  • •Develop and maintain regular weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and support continuous improvement of workflows and data visualization tools, including dashboards and self-service reporting.
