•Oversee the preparation and review of US Federal, State, and International income tax returns in collaboration with external vendors.
•Manage the implementation of new tax law changes and state changes, including OB3 tax reform impacts and other domestic/international changes.
•Supervise and provide day-to-day guidance to a staff tax accountant while ensuring accuracy of tax provision workpapers.
•Track and manage book-to-tax differences and support for deferred tax asset/liability balances and tax account reconciliations.
•Coordinate and review tax provision processes, ensuring timely reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 annually

•Ability to utilize software applications, such as MS Excel, in creative and innovative ways to streamline complex processes
