Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the collection, consolidation, and production of PRA regulatory reporting outputs, including RWA, capital, and leverage ratios, ensuring PRA compliance.
  • •Manage review and governance of disclosures for HCIB PRA regulatory returns (e.g., COREP, Pillar 2/Pillar 3) including relevant governance committees.
  • •Interpret new PRA regulatory reporting requirements with regulatory policy and Group reporting teams and design robust controlled processes.
  • •Provide expert guidance to finance teams and partner with stakeholders across the business on regulatory reporting matters.
  • •Lead, develop, and support a team while maintaining a strong control environment and driving continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical knowledge and experience in RWA (Risk Weighted Assets), and capital and leverage reporting under the PRA framework.
  • •Extensive regulatory reporting experience, ideally in financial services.
  • •Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • •Excellent communication and analytical abilities to evaluate and enhance end-to-end processes.
  • •Experience improving efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining strong controls and compliance.
