Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets while driving store profitability.
  • •Manage store resources and ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers.
  • •Analyze store performance data to drive continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and profitability.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/financial standards, including accurate cash desk operations.
  • •Recruit, train, and develop the store team; plan staff schedules and maintain consistent visual merchandising execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 18 months’ experience in a sports or fashion retail environment, including at least 12 months in a Store Manager role.
  • •Strong leadership skills to plan, organize, coach, and motivate a team for excellent customer experience.
  • •Effective communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English and solid understanding of visual merchandising and inventory management.
