Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform production machining of routine and custom products using manual and CNC mills.
  • •Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals to perform setups and production processes.
  • •Calibrate machines and position/align/secure work using appropriate tools to machine within capability.
  • •Inspect and certify your work product using inspection equipment (indicators, micrometers, calipers, surface plates).
  • •Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (daily, quarterly, annual) and troubleshoot/resolution using available resources while maintaining safety and quality.

Key Requirements
