Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency support maintenance for customers’ Honeywell Building Management System.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve system and process problems.
  • •Verify and calibrate sensors and evaluate control effectiveness.
  • •Publish critical customer reporting including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, and Correction Action Reports.
  • •Interface with customers at all levels and provide 7x24 emergency on-call support on a rotation schedule.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Niagara Certification.
  • •Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of field experience conducting preventative maintenance and commissioning building automation systems/HVAC controls and energy management strategies.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting and implementing resolutions for building automation issues.
  • •Valid G driver’s license.
