Job Summary

Drive a ready-mix concrete truck equipped with a concrete mixer to deliver concrete to construction sites in the Anaconda area. Operate equipment safely within designed parameters, complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain operator logs, and follow dispatch instructions and applicable laws. Add materials to concrete mix when needed, help ensure product quality, and communicate with the dispatcher and customers while handling delivery tickets and payments as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance/repair issues.
•Operate the ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites safely, obeying applicable laws and dispatch instructions.
•Add materials to the concrete mix when needed and ensure delivered product quality (e.g., slump).
•Maintain communication with the dispatcher and complete delivery tickets; collect customer money and record transactions as required.

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A or B CDL (unrestricted) and a current DOT medical card.
•Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
•Safety-minded with good performance, attendance, and punctuality.
•Willing to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.
•Able to comply with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and company/state rules and communicate with supervisors, truck drivers, and other employees.
