Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own and deliver small to medium Salesforce projects end to end, from requirements clarification through solution design, implementation, and release.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning (Aura and LWC), integrations, automation, and platform best practices.
  • •Develop reports and dashboards to support internal stakeholders.
  • •Write unit tests, triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous code while ensuring strict adherence to Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
  • •Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design guidance, and mentorship while participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning framework (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
  • •Experience with data modeling, data management/migrations, and Salesforce deployments including CI/CD using GitHub.
  • •Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Streaming) and integrating Salesforce with third-party tools.
  • •Salesforce certifications including Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Platform Developer I.
