Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, partnering with system integrators to co-deliver Databricks services engagements.
  • •Build and develop FDE relationships with GSIs, RSIs, and partner teams to support bi-directional pipeline review and partner engagements.
  • •Create and run an RFP process for partner selection for large complex multi-year migration deals using templates and data-driven scorecards.
  • •Drive delivery governance to ensure partner quality and delivery, including program governance and partner quality measurement such as CSAT and Partner Survey.
  • •Oversee partner onboarding and pipeline planning with resource management, including allocation and outsourcing of projects and support contract negotiations and escalations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,800 - 214,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive industry experience with resource management and demand pipeline management, including driving engagements with large enterprise organizations with a focus on FDE.
  • •Extensive experience within an FDE or consulting organization as a partner Manager and/or Consulting Manager.
  • •Experience managing partner or third-party enablement, including upskilling teams to deliver capabilities.
  • •Strong ability to work with partners and customers to gather, prioritize, plan, and execute solutions to customer business requirements related to technology.
  • •Experience managing commercial agreements with partners, including statements of work to support services management.
