Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience (unless prohibited by local laws/regulations).
  • •Experience delivering technical instruction.
  • •Ability to achieve and maintain required IPC instructor certifications within the stated timeframes (including IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610).
  • •Experience with hands-on soldering, electronics, torque application, safety-wire techniques, or similar technical skills.
  • •U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret).
