Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercial legal support for the digital security business segment in North America, including hands-on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with appropriate risk escalation.
  • •Manage a team of 1–3 commercial lawyers and legal professionals, including work prioritization, practical guidance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality legal support.
  • •Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market models, including negotiations with system integrators, managed service providers, and other commercially significant partnerships.
  • •Advise sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by quantifying risks, evaluating options, and presenting clear business-oriented recommendations.
  • •Build scalable contracting processes and tools with Legal Operations, and manage high-volume transactions and projects while coordinating resources across legal, sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, and information security.

Key Requirements

  • •Admission to the Bar of at least one state (preferably MN).
  • •Must be able to lawfully work in the US and have unrestricted US work authorization.
