Lead end-to-end production support for multiple mission-critical applications, ensuring 24x7 availability, stability, and performance against SLAs/SLOs. Drive major-incident escalation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and a production knowledge base. Advance engineering-first and Site Reliability Engineering practices, including automation, monitoring/observability, and responsible AI enablement. Manage Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams across onshore and offshore locations while partnering with Technology, Risk, and Business leaders to improve reliability and mitigate operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end production support operations for multiple mission-critical applications, ensuring availability, stability, and performance meet SLAs/SLOs.
•Provide 24x7 operational leadership, including on-call models, escalation paths, and effective incident response for major incidents.
•Lead incident recovery and drive timely RCA, post-incident reviews, corrective actions, and creation/maturation of a production knowledge base.
•Drive engineering-first and SRE practices, including automation to reduce toil and proactive resilience/failure prevention with development teams.
•Manage people and Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) across onshore and offshore locations; oversee vendor/partner performance and budget/staffing plans aligned to operational risk.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
•Understanding of multiple approaches to production support and software engineering delivery.
•Full understanding of Agile methodology; experience leading Agile teams practicing Site Reliability Engineering.
•Experience using AI agents in day-to-day activities supporting software delivery and production support operations.
