Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement work schedules, safety programs, and logistics coordination in conjunction with the facility manager, including record keeping.
  • •Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain and grain products; prepare scale receipts and enter deliveries into a database.
  • •Operate loading/unloading equipment to ship or receive grain products and inspect grain facilities daily to maintain proper storage conditions.
  • •Maintain and handle inventories, including grain movements, condition, and blending of grain/grain products.
  • •Assist with customer interactions, problem identification and improvements, and compliance with environmental laws and emergency notification procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • •Ability to understand and comply with all safety policies and practices.
  • •Verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including effective communication with grain customers.
  • •Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • •Availability to work extended weekday and weekend hours during grain harvest seasons.
