Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and govern a cohesive brand vision across all company surfaces, ensuring one language survives across partners and teams.
  • •Steward the visual identity hands-on by reviewing, improving, and fixing assets so quality holds as volume grows.
  • •Build and maintain a marketing design system (tokens, components, templates, rules) and encode machine-readable guidelines for AI agents.
  • •Brief, cast, direct, and critique freelance creative teams; decide what to kill and communicate taste effectively.
  • •Execute the funded brand rebuild end-to-end, translating the rebrand into a production system that bench and agents can use immediately.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in brand, marketing, or visual design with a high craft bar and experience directing others.
  • •A portfolio showing you built the strongest work and the surrounding system that enables more of it.
  • •Experience making taste executable via templates, rules, briefs, prompts, or other scalable mechanisms.
  • •You ship in the real stack (Figma + Framer, decks, and the relevant surface) with finished, live outputs.
  • •Editorial typographic craft plus photo direction and fluency in motion/compositing direction; comfortable working with AI/agents.
  • •Fluency with AI tooling and agent workflows (e.g., Claude Code) as part of the design system.
