Key Responsibilities

  • •Own MDM operations for the Mac fleet in Iru (configuration profiles, zero-touch enrollment, custom scripts, remediation) and manage the Windows footprint.
  • •Own the CMDB, asset data, and ITAM vendor, maintaining a source of truth for assets and systems and reconciling against IdP and HR systems.
  • •Own vendor management and renewals, including tracking contracts, managing renewals, license true-ups, and keeping agreements current.
  • •Maintain IT compliance benchmarks in coordination with Security, including offboarding rigor, access review cycles, and evidence collection for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • •Administer and govern the SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) including provisioning, settings, group/access hygiene, and documentation/runbooks.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years in IT with meaningful time in a senior operations, systems, or infrastructure role.
  • •Operate and maintain IT systems at scale, with growth into broader ownership over time.
  • •Deep MDM experience, including hands-on ownership of Iru, Jamf Pro, or a similar cloud MDM (configuration profiles, zero-touch enrollment, scripting).
  • •Bash scripting for macOS management, plus enough Windows MDM familiarity to manage a small footprint.
  • •Deep day-to-day Okta administration and experience working within SOC 2 and ISO 27001 in an IT context (access reviews, offboarding rigor, evidence collection).
