Lead the commercialization of Visa Disputes Optimization (VDO) across North America, serving as the internal and client-facing subject matter expert for disputes use cases, pain points, and outcomes. Evangelize the offering to VCA segment teams and partners, diagnose client needs, and run consultative sales to shape opportunities, build ROI-driven narratives, and support proposal development. Partner closely with delivery to align what’s sold with what’s delivered.

•Serve as internal and client-facing subject matter expert for Visa Disputes Optimization, including use cases and expected outcomes.

•Develop ROI frameworks and executive-ready narratives; support commercialization lifecycle activities from qualification through proposal development.
