Job Summary

Own the engineering solutions training and workflow optimization for ArsenalOS. Partner with developers and cross-functional teams to create practical training content, run experimentation to improve adoption, and troubleshoot issues across deployment and configuration. You’ll map how data moves through engineering systems, identify overlapping capabilities, and help deliver business-critical projects by recommending faster, simpler tool and process paths that engineers actually use.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and improve training content that engineers want to use, based on experimentation and hands-on testing.
•Develop recommendations and update them quickly when a better approach is discovered, based on real-world feedback.
•Optimize how data moves through downstream systems and troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.
•Identify overlapping capabilities and optimize solutions for a global organization.
•Work with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and finish business-critical projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in a design engineering role building products in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
•Deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications).
•Strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production and hands-on use of engineering design tools.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions; must be a U.S. Person (required for export control).
