Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site customer service at customer locations (7x24).
  • •Perform equipment PM and routine entry-level service actions using existing procedures.
  • •Follow instructions for perfect part returns (PPR).
  • •Support tooling and parts preparation for service actions and provide administration support/daily operation system updates.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and maintain 5S in the cleanroom; guide and support new team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Ability to follow instructions in fast paced environments.
  • •Detail-oriented execution with accurate and timely setting out of the work.
  • •Good safety awareness and 5S compliance in the cleanroom.
  • •Class B technician certification – Electromechanical & Power Machinery (licensed electrician preferred).
