Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Visier end-to-end, including configuration, metric definitions, security models, release management, and serving as primary vendor POC.
  • •Build and extend Visier content (metrics, boards, alerts) and expand into new data subjects as systems are onboarded.
  • •Manage integrations between the data platform and Visier with Data Engineering, partnering on upstream models.
  • •Ensure governed data quality by defining checks, triaging failures, and driving fixes to source systems.
  • •Enable the People team through embedded partnership, training, office hours, and documentation to build data literacy and support self-service analytics and AI-ready context.

Key Requirements
