Job Summary

Lead development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule (IPS) for a Life Science manufacturing site, identifying critical paths, KPIs, and milestones. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Controls, A/E and CM teams to deliver credible timelines, manage schedule updates, risks and contingencies, and support decision-making for project delivery.

•Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule (IPS) to provide credible timelines for project execution.
•Lead schedule development, including creating and maintaining a work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity coding.
•Identify and align on critical path, reporting cadence, and schedule KPIs to track progress.
•Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Controls, A/E and CM teams to translate project plans into the schedule and ensure alignment.
•Provide schedule updates, trend analysis and contingency planning to support informed decision-making.

•Identify major activities and optimal sequencing to accomplish project goals
•Establish a clear schedule development and maintenance process for the IPS
•Support development of the project plan and translate into the schedule
•Develop and maintain Level 1 & Level 2 schedules and integrate Level 3 schedules to form the IPS
