Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end operational performance across rotating projects, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and Flight Control to deliver results to customers.
•Run point on military exercises, ensuring tech readiness, hardware volume, and in-flight priorities, then close the loop with customers.
•Coordinate operational rollout of new hardware such as ocean sensing buoys or radio ground stations.
•Identify recurring bugs affecting constellation-wide performance and drive resolution.
•Oversee responses to tropical storms, create visualizations of findings, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 90,000 - 120,000
