Senior Vice President, Urban Development

Lead complex urban development and transportation projects across the United States as a Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager. Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships while providing technical guidance spanning planning, environmental documentation, community and stakeholder engagement, conceptual through detailed design, cost estimating, entitlements, and delivery. Own budget, schedule, quality, and deliverables, coordinate across disciplines, and supervise junior and mid-level staff, including leading technical meetings and producing project reports and specifications.
