Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate contracts for products, services, and technologies, including pricing and contract terms.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
  • •Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements; optimize supply chain execution of inventory, supply orders, and demand.
  • •Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationships to support delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance.
