Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, construct, and manage robust data pipelines for training, validation, and continuous retraining of LQMs and agentic frameworks.
  • •Develop, implement, and rigorously test novel ML models and algorithms, defining metrics to ensure alignment with product objectives.
  • •Clean, transform, and engineer features from large-scale datasets to optimize LQM performance and predictive accuracy.
  • •Analyze model behavior, performance, and failure modes, tuning hyper-parameters and optimizing architecture for production efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and SWEs to translate business objectives into actionable ML development and deployment roadmaps.
