Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Project Engineering Discipline in planning and tracking Projects to achieve optimal efficiency and establish best practice in project planning.
•Lead the triaging, planning, tracking and reporting progress for assigned repair case work.
•Interface with the ASE Program Managers and Discipline Managers on schedule, budget and performance.
•Drive for excellence in on-time delivery.
•Identify risk and manage risk reduction efforts

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering and minimum 8+ years of related experience or an Advanced degree and minimum 5+ years
•Project Engineering experience
•Experience managing risk, cost, quality, and schedule for programs with domestic and international customers
•Experience executing a long-term strategy, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to execute that strategy
•Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred) and 10+ years of engineering experience (preferred)
