Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities to keep operations safe and running efficiently. Diagnose equipment issues with limited supervision, coordinate repairs, and support maintenance planning and scheduling. Promote workplace safety by following procedures, identifying hazards, and correcting unsafe conditions. Inspect and install parts, perform predictive/preventive interventions, and train less experienced team members while working onsite at a soy-bean crush facility.

Key Responsibilities

•With limited supervision, maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, and vehicles as efficiently and timely as possible.
•Repair and perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
•Identify and diagnose equipment problems and initiate appropriate repair processes.
•Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, follow safety policies, and address workplace hazards.
•Inspect and install/replace parts and coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and training for less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Production, Operations, and/or Maintenance.
•Experience troubleshooting issues, completing appropriate repairs, and preventing reoccurring maintenance problems.
•Working knowledge of the operations, control, and functions of equipment and machinery.
•Ability to be rotating on-call and work extended hours as needed.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
