Key Responsibilities

  • •Design holistic experiences across multiple products and platforms in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
  • •Create wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas at various stages.
  • •Partner with the user research team and engage directly with customers to understand goals, validate solutions, and incorporate usability testing results.

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success
  • •College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design field
  • •Experience solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking
  • •Proficiency in Figma as well as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar product design programs
  • •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate a multi-level problem space and strategy behind design decisions
