Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle all accounting for project activity and ensure monthly financial results are reported accurately and timely.
  • •Ensure reimbursable activity is billed to the client in accordance with contract terms.
  • •Produce monthly management reports with detailed operational and financial information for both project and senior management.
  • •Maintain and monitor cost code structures and review financial data to record revenue and cost accruals reflecting true operational activity.
  • •Ensure timely billing and receipt of client payments, review and analyze project overheads, and liaise with project controls and assignment/project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher (finance) education.
  • •Work experience in the respective position of at least 3 years.
  • •Proficient user of Excel.
  • •Good systems experience (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, 1c, Excel Gep Smart, PowerBi).
  • •People supervision and management skills with good commercial knowledge.
