Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and lead Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools enterprise-wide, including value stream mapping, structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and 5S.
  • •Lead operational improvement events (kaizen, gemba, rapid improvement/process improvement) with multi-functional teams from concept to implementation.
  • •Drive facilitywide cost-out targets through improvement projects, waste reduction, and best-practice sharing/implementation.
  • •Evaluate, analyze, and improve operations and engineering processes to improve safety, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, and quality.
  • •Initiate, develop, and lead capital improvement projects for manufacturing equipment, facility enhancements, and new product start-ups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operations excellence, or manufacturing operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Experience facilitating kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
  • •Knowledge of value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, visual management, and root cause analysis methodologies.
