Job Summary

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (ES&H) standards by performing routine site HSE inspections and supporting safety program development, implementation, and maintenance. Monitor hazards and potential diseases in the work area, assist with accident and complaint investigations, and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and equipment to reduce risk. Support employee training and emergency preparedness to help maintain program quality.

•Under direct supervision, perform basic and routine duties across environmental, health, and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with ES&H standards and regulatory requirements.
•Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety and health programs, systems, and procedures.
•Assist in monitoring hazards and diseases present in the work area.
•Work with others to investigate accidents, injuries, and workplace hazards/complaints.
•Participate in recommending improvements to processes, design, procedures, and equipment to minimize hazards, and support training and emergency preparedness.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
•Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in major infrastructure construction projects.
•Mandatory experience in tunneling works (TBM, NATM, Cut & Cover, or similar methods).
•Mandatory experience in viaduct/elevated structure construction.
•Previous experience in high-speed rail, railway, metro, or rail infrastructure projects is essential, with strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, and permit-to-work systems.
