Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the team of Engineers and Designers.
  • •Design and approve electrical work on assigned projects and ensure detail design methods, standards and data meet client requirements.
  • •Develop and oversee maintenance programs to ensure reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
  • •Manage electrical engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • •Ensure electrical work meets quality standards; provide technical expertise to support engineering teams and operations personnel, including attending FAT/SATs and reviewing vendor and third-party design work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent) with 15+ years of relevant offshore/onshore Oil & Gas experience, including 5+ years preferred in the GCC region.
  • •At least 5 years in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects, managing a team of specialists, senior engineers and engineers.
  • •Offshore experience is required; ADNOC experience is desired.
  • •PMC experience is required.
  • •Working knowledge of offshore/onshore Oil & Gas electrical codes, specifications and practices, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • •Proficient in international codes and standards and hands-on experience on SPEL.
