Job Summary

Build machine learning models that power intelligence across Adobe’s creative products, from predictive ranking to generative and agentic systems. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate research into shipped experiences, and own evaluation end to end with offline/online harnesses and production regression detection. Develop reliable data and MLOps foundations including feature pipelines, experiment tracking, versioning, CI/CD, automated retraining, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to define problems, scope feasibility, and translate research into shipped experiences.
•Design, prototype, and ship models for predictive and ranking features as well as generative and agentic systems, including RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, and copilots.
•Own evaluation end to end by defining quality, building offline/online evaluation harnesses, and detecting production quality regressions.
•Build data and MLOps foundations to keep models reliable, including feature pipelines, experiment tracking, versioning, CI/CD, automated retraining, and monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,100 - 236,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (CS, ML, Data Science, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production at scale.
•Strong core ML foundation in feature engineering and supervised/unsupervised models for prediction, ranking, recommendation, or personalization.
•Production GenAI depth using LLMs or generative models (RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, or agent design).
•Fluency in Python and SQL with rigorous offline/online evaluation and experimentation design and operation.
