Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems across assigned properties, diagnosing and repairing issues for equipment including water chillers, VRV systems, and rooftop units. Respond to HVAC emergencies and on-call situations, supervise maintenance activities, and keep detailed records of work orders, repairs, and spare parts. Ensure health and safety compliance, and provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, analyze, and repair HVAC systems at assigned sites.
•Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC equipment (water chillers, VRV systems, rooftop units) per schedules.
•Attend and resolve HVAC-related emergencies, including on-call duties.
•Supervise preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance activities performed by the Maintenance Team.
•Maintain accurate records of emergency responses, completed tasks, repairs, and required spare parts/tools.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or professional certification in HVAC Systems.
•Valid UAE Driver’s License.
•Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician in property management, facilities management, or building maintenance environments.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC installations and equipment such as VRV systems, chillers, and rooftop units.
•Health and Safety certification (preferred).
