Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, analyze, and repair HVAC systems at assigned sites.
  • •Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC equipment (water chillers, VRV systems, rooftop units) per schedules.
  • •Attend and resolve HVAC-related emergencies, including on-call duties.
  • •Supervise preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance activities performed by the Maintenance Team.
  • •Maintain accurate records of emergency responses, completed tasks, repairs, and required spare parts/tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or professional certification in HVAC Systems.
  • •Valid UAE Driver’s License.
  • •Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician in property management, facilities management, or building maintenance environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC installations and equipment such as VRV systems, chillers, and rooftop units.
  • •Health and Safety certification (preferred).
