Job Summary

Oversee construction site administration for architectural projects, ensuring work progresses according to plans and specifications. You will participate in site meetings, document minutes, perform site inspections, issue clarifications, review workshop drawings with internal teams, and support project leadership on institutional, cultural, patrimonial, educational, sports, transport, commercial and residential projects in the Quebec region.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the complete site administration, including progress and compliance of works according to plans and specifications.
•Participate in site meetings, draft minutes and ensure follow-up.
•Perform site inspections and produce surveillance reports.
•Draft and issue clarifications (additional instructions, directives) and respond to QRT.
•Review workshop drawings in collaboration with internal resources.

Key Requirements

•DEC in technology of architecture or a bachelor's degree in architecture (title not required)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural firm and 3 years of site supervision in Quebec
•ASP Construction card
•Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office
•Mastery of spoken and written French; ability to travel to sites around the Quebec region
