Key Responsibilities

•Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Ready Mix trucks, End Dump trucks, tractors, trailers, and heavy construction equipment.
•Diagnose mechanical issues and malfunctions to deliver effective solutions for reliability and performance.
•Dismantle, rebuild, and maintain equipment using advanced tools and techniques.
•Examine parts for wear and damage using precision instruments; replace and overhaul major components including engines, transmissions, motors, and hydraulic systems.
•Test and fine-tune equipment for efficiency and safety, demonstrate welding expertise, document time and parts records, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or technical certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus.
•Minimum 3–6 months of hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) preferred; clean driving record is a strong asset.
•18 years or older with the ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
•DOT medical card (if applicable) and compliance with OSHA/MSHA safety procedures.
