Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers, engaging in executive briefings, architecture reviews, and workshops.
  • •Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, supporting account teams with architecture discussions, competitive evaluations, and executive decision making.
  • •Scale Solutions Engineering by turning customer insights into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and executive messaging.
  • •Mentor senior Solutions Engineers and help raise the consultative and technical capabilities of the field organization.
  • •Influence product strategy by bringing customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and implementation insights to Product and Engineering, and represent 1Password externally at events.
