Drive consignment growth by acquiring luxury items from new and existing clients within your assigned New Jersey territory. Conduct daily outreach and in-home appointments, build pipeline from new and reactivated leads, and convert marketing-qualified prospects using Salesforce. Meet monthly quota targets through consistent activity, manage end-to-end logistics for pickups and shipments, and deliver a white-glove client experience while presenting consignment contracts and partnering with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity and repeat business.
•Source new leads, reactivate lapsed clients, and convert marketing-qualified leads into consignors; manage pipeline and a book of business in Salesforce.
•Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving key performance metrics and contributing to revenue growth.
•Acquire luxury consignment items and coordinate item pickup and shipment to The RealReal’s e-commerce centers.
•Deliver a high-touch consignment experience by presenting and reviewing contracts, setting pricing expectations, and collaborating with Retail and Consignor Relations teams.

•Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek; must reside in the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Chicago markets).
