Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production conforms to demand and quality specifications
  • •Operate SAP, LES and MES according to applicable work instructions
  • •Lead shift and machine books and ensure proper handover during shift changes
  • •Maintain order, cleanliness and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • •Contribute knowledge to the continuous improvement of plant technology and processes

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical or chemical training (e.g., Chemikant, Mechatroniker, Schlosser, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie, Maschinen- und Anlagenfahrer or comparable qualification)
  • •Knowledge of production processes and filling/dosing technologies, mixer and weighing technology, and control techniques
  • •Basic IT skills
  • •Teamwork and good German language skills (spoken and written)
  • •Experience with forklift trucks is advantageous; crane and forklift licenses are desirable
  • •And ideally hands-on skills and technical understanding for automated production equipment
