Job Summary

Lead end-to-end R&D product development for the Durex portfolio, driving projects from concept through market launch or owning key workstreams. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to hit technical milestones, plan factory trials and qualification testing, and ensure accurate specifications and documentation before commercialization. Apply consumer insights, balance performance, quality, and cost targets, support claims evaluation, and coach junior associates while ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met.

•Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve technical milestones and project objectives.
•Plan, coordinate, and support factory trials, product qualification testing, and validation prior to commercialization.
•Ensure product specifications, technical documentation, and development records are accurate, complete, and approved before full-scale production.
•Provide guidance and support to R&D assistants and junior associates, and communicate technical reports and project updates across the product development lifecycle.

•Undergraduate degree in a scientific field relevant to the product technologies within the portfolio.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare/FMCG product development or the medical-device industry.

•Preferred knowledge/experience: ISO 13485 (quality management for medical devices), ISO 14971 (risk management), and BS EN 62366 (usability engineering).
•Experience applying design controls and risk-management methodologies (e.g., FMEA); line management is preferred but not essential.
