Key Responsibilities

  • •Work collaboratively within an Agile team to analyze requirements and write high-quality, testable code aligned with the Agile Definition of Done.
  • •Participate in design and code reviews with other engineers.
  • •Contribute to Agile activities including iteration planning, refinement, and sprint reviews; deliver assigned stories and tasks within the sprint.
  • •Communicate and collaborate within the team and across functional boundaries, including driving improvements in efficiency, security, and product quality.
  • •Interact with customers for support issues, demonstrations, and feedback sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or global equivalent) and 5+ years of mainframe software development, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience.
  • •Heavy experience in software development using IBM Assembler on z/OS systems.
  • •Experience with source code management tools such as Endevor and GitHub.
  • •Experience using Agile software development methodology.
  • •Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
