Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, debug, and maintain software and scripts for CPU core performance modeling and correlation regressions across simulation, emulation, and RTL environments.
  • •Investigate and root-cause discrepancies in performance metrics (e.g., IPC, PMC data, latency) between simulation, emulation, and RTL, collaborating with design and verification teams.
  • •Analyze processor pipeline and memory hierarchy behavior to identify sources of performance and correlation issues.
  • •Contribute to internal performance analysis dashboards and tooling, including data pipelines and automated data processing/validation.
  • •Apply machine learning and AI techniques to performance datasets to support automated analysis, triage, and root-cause tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RON 135,100 - 193,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong programming and algorithmic problem-solving skills with solid computer science fundamentals.
  • •Proficiency in C++ and scripting languages (Python preferred).
  • •Foundational knowledge of modern computer architecture (processor pipelines and memory hierarchies).
  • •Experience with Unix/Linux development environments, version control, and strong debugging across multi-component systems.
