You’ll be the primary duty manager, owning the guest journey from entry to exit, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and seamless performance of AV and game systems, while coordinating staff and managing local expenses. This freelance role offers autonomy and potential expansion to other attractions as Fever grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage on-site operations as independent operator and primary duty manager for the venue
•Own the end-to-end guest journey with proactive hosting and guest engagement
•Maintain health and safety guidelines and ensure building safety and security
•Oversee local scheduling and day-to-day administrative tasks including basic budgeting
•Coordinate and host live, fast-paced event experiences while representing Fever and partner attractions

Key Requirements

•Act as the primary duty manager and solo operator for the building
•Work highly independently, taking full ownership of the end-to-end guest journey
•Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service through direct, high-energy hosting and guest interaction
•Publicly represent our attraction partners and the venue in a prepared and professional manner
•Demonstrate practical use of Excel and Word for basic administrative tasks
